1. Product Description

1). It is a special machine for processing PVC/UPVC/Plastic/Vinyl arc windows doors, it includes the working table, the heating device and the shape-forming bands.

2). The media oil is heated by electricity. And the profile is heated in the media oil. The semi-circle with the diameters from 500mm can be processed(but if your diameter is larger, we can make for you specially), with different shape forming bands, it can process various profiles. It has features of reliability, safety and high efficiency.

3). If your processed window is larger, we can make the machine larger for your specially.

4). We also has the air heating type PVC arc window bending machine, this type heated by air, not by oil, if you need, I can quote you.

PVC/UPVC/Plastic/Vinyl Bending machines are being used to make arched PVC windows. If you are a UPVC window manufacturer, maybe some of the your customers have arched window orders.
